Mine isnt coming on. I dont know if its the ballast or the bulb. If its the ballast, I dont want to buy another one. I would rather go down to a 250. If you have a 400w de bulb, please let me know. I can bring my bulb to you as well to see it it works. I just need to find out if its the bulb or the ballast. Thanks, Jill
