Sometimes when folks order we see issues with the order - what appear to be the wrong parts ordered, missing parts, orders that don't take advantage of the best pricing, etc.

Although an email address is required to order and we request a telephone number, we sometimes have trouble contacting customers using the info the provide. So please provide an email address that is valid, and one that you use frequently so you'll see our message in your inbox. A phone number is also very useful.
