let the fun begain






the result. a 50-55lb mahi mahi, 20min fight on light tackle, 20lb test line.


had a hard time getting into the tank.... so i put it in the freezer.


before the filleting. the big mahi was cut into four 10" long sections on each side. the fillets were 3" thick. the fish was frozen and packed in ice chest to bring back. my freezer is full of mahi mahi.
