Any advice on living in southwestern Florida? The housing are a lot cheaper than New England but I don't know how to survive Florida hurricanes, cost of insurances. What's the downside to owning a condo/townhouse/villa vs. house?
It would be nice to get some fresh aquacultured rocks from Dale to cycle the tank. Maybe own a boat to get saltwater offshore.
