I am moving into a newly constructed house a few miles away. It already has some small "sugar" ants inside. I will also be bringing several boxes from storage that I know have some small bugs inside. I want to spray my house and the boxes with a pesticide.

My plan is to put everything in the house and garage, minus the aquariums and food items. These will still be in the old house until after I spray.

I have no idea how to do this. I have heard of bombing a house but I dont know what this means. What do I need and where do I get it? I live and will still be living on the NW side of SA. I am very handy, do I need to hire a professional.
