Stephen - is that having the calendar on the exchange in the public folder or is that using the shared calendar function and it hosting on someones computer? I think that is what we have to do, just a matter of someone creating a new calendar and somehow transferring over all the info from the old one. And yes, it has been fun trying to figure out this new Outlook, bad enough figuring out these new laptops with all the new stuff they threw on them.
