I just wanted to say that I have had great customer service from Roger from Aquatek recently. I ordered a Giesemann Eco 230 Plus lamp. It is 6ft long with 3x250 HQI and 4x8 atinic. The light is beautiful and the 13k bulbs make the tank look great.

It is not easy to invest $2000 into something to have problems from day one.

My light had some ballast heating issues and Roger offered all the assistance he could along with a loaner if I wanted. He came out several times to my house during this trying time at my convenience to swap the replacement ballast and he always kept in touch to let me know the status of my replacement lamps.

It was determined that the ballasts were programmed to shutdown at a cooler temperature then they should have. Roger now has a programming kit where he can program the electronic ballasts himself instead of sending them to the manufacturer.

I understand why some people purchase everything from internet shops and I also purchase my share from them but I am very happy I decided to make this very large investment into my LFS. I couldn't imagine getting this kind of customer service if I would have purchased my lamp online.

Everything is working great now and the light is what I expected it to be.

I am very satisfied with how Roger handled the situation.
