    Default Large sump

I have a large 3 chamber sump + frag tank for sale. Looking for $75 obo, or open for trades

    It is 43x23x16.
    The first chamber is 11.5x23
    The second chamber is 12.5x23
    The third is 18 23
The frag tank is located above the last chamber and is 13.5x23, and has a 3/4" bulkhead and a 1" bulkhead

The third chamber was drilled for an external pump with a 1.5" bulkhead, and an external skimmer with another 1.5" bulkhead

I jerry rigged 2x 7" filter sock holders for the first chamber, but those are fully removable.

Got the sump with a chipped corner from a trade for four of my nice pieces of corals. I thought by trading in Maast would more than likely encounter individuals with more integrity and back-up what they sell. Tried to work with seller but only got the silent treatment. Enjoy the corals. I'll work with the sump somehow. Not sure of the integrity of the corners though.

I'm sorry I didn't keep responding to your text's, I got busy with the swap and being with my family and honestly forgot that I never responded to your most recent text.

I am not sure how the chip occurred as it wasn't there when I took pictures of it that morning to send to you, my guess is in transit somewhere. Anyways in regards to the chip, the less than 1/2 material that is missing from the joint that is at the top of the sump, so at least 6" from the water level/where external forces pressing outwards would be. It shouldn't cause any issues. As for the thin material that is the way I got it and ran it for over a year with no issues, and 1/4" acrylic is practically industry standard.

That all being said if you aren't happy with it I can get you your frags back. We all take risks in this hobby and trading is one of them. You take a risk that the equipment is not exactly what you wanted, or in this case gets superficially damaged in transit. I take the risk that the frags you give me could be infested with parasites, not take to my tank and die, not be the same pieces you told me the latest I was getting.

Regardless if you want your stuff back you can pick them up and I'll take the sump back.

"risk", "infested with parasites, "not be the same pieces", "pick them up"....no reason for me to be dishonest...anyways, enjoy the corals.

Guys I am not sure what went wrong here and I am not a negotiator, just a moderator. In saying that if either one of you is still not happy I suggest to trade back and save the grief and friendship. Or just let bygones be bygones and show up at the social function in December and let Zack / MAAST buy you a burger and let it go.
