Starting frag tank- need random parts

Ok,I just picked up a 40g breeder tank 36x18x16. I've got a sump, return pump, wave maker, powerheads, auto top off system. I'm trying to prove a point to my wife and want to make this a low cost build but in the end an awesome frag tank. Below are some items I need. I can pay cash but I really prefer to take donations or trade coral so I can get a "honey you were right". Ok maybe I'm dreaming. That will probably not happen but at least I can prove my point.

Items needed:

In sump protein skimmer rated for 75 gallons or more.

Overflow box or help drilling tank and setting up overflow

Stand- 36x18 this needs to be somewhat decent because it's going in my home office

Cheato from clean system- I also need it for my 220g so the more the Merrier. I found out I actually some type of saw algea that isn't doing so hot in a lower nutrient environment.

Small fish- maybe a cool pair of clownfish.

Let me know what you got. I would really like to proof a point on this one. I'll be at the meeting on Sunday so we can more then likely just meet then.

I've got pretty much everything I need. I actually ran across someone who was doing the exact buildout but never finished. It's about 90% complete. All I really need now is maybe a better protein skimmer, cheto, sand and a pair of awesome clownfish.
