If you update you can always roll it back. And, air drop works on my iphone 4. Maybe im special. So far. no issues here, but time will tell. I will never own another apple computer but I will be getting another iphone.

Btw have you guys noticed increased battery performance? My battery lasts a lot longer and it charges super fast.

I had android before I had apple. Didn't much care for it either, but in that case it was the phone continually locking up that made me decide to get rid of it.

true but all you had to do was turn it off then back on , didnt have to wait on the phone and listen to some apple guy saying well you can buy this warranty and it will be covered

You should be able to update to iOS 7 wirelessly through your wifi connection
If you go to
Settings-general-software update- then just follow the directions from there.
Lmk if you happen to have any other questions.

I HATE IT... lol did the update on Iphone 4 was working well for a couple days, and now out of no where.. the darn phone is fried.... Anyone want Fried Apples?? And those apple people at the apple store really dont help at all... A good 3 hours wasted... and now NO phone for a couple days... IM LOST....... oh and did I mention the MP10- on the 40gal went out too.... GEEZ what is next...

I would die of old age before I could update anything wirelessly, considering the fact that better than half the time my local ISP is down, and when it's up it's unreliable. They were supposed to replace my router about a year ago, but that hasn't happened. And it wouldn't help if they did. We are REALLY rural, and they aren't spending the money to fix doodley squat around here. Things are different way out here in the country. And my phone runs on Edge out here, so using it to update anything ain't gonna happen either.

But at least I can see the stars. And after dark I might see one car. Maybe. And I can hear the coyotes sing at night. And I can sleep with my windows open, and leave my keys in my car.

I'm pretty sure the tradeoff is worth it.

And I don't want iOS 7, not for a while. Hearing too many not good things. 6 is working great, no reason to fix something that isn't broke.
