    Default cleaning the beast!

finally talked my self into cleaning my giant kalk reactor. through out the week ive been cleaning all my pumps, reactors(swapping out media) skimmer. just a reminder that you should periodicaly clean your gear, both mu mp-40 needed some refreshing with new shaft or washers. its good to know something is about to fail before it happens that way your not caught posting for help later. also your equipment will perform better and last longer.

    Default

I cleaned my skimmer/pumps when I had everything broke down. Sadly that's the first time I have done that. Lol

I need to make it a habit to clean them every so often. My skimmer had chitons all over the inside of it.
