My fishes only get breakfast ....
1/2 sheet of nori
3 cubed of pe mysis
Also if there any other larger mysis available in market ... Pe seems to be expensive
Thanks

NEW BUILD COMING SOON
i buy all of this, thaw it slightly, and mix it all up as my frozen food:
pe mysis, spirulina brine, blood worms, rotifers, cyclopeez, coral food cubes, oyster feast, flying fish roe and salmon roe (from asian market)
after mixing, i refreeze it into flats and cut it into cubes about 1"x1"x3/4"
feeding regime:
morning: one cube frozen
noon: dry food from autofeeder (various types of flake food, otohime pellets and spectrum pellets
night: one cube frozen and a whole batch of two day old live brine shrimp enriched with rotigrow
once a week, i spot feed all anemones small chunks of squid and mysis and give all other lps mysis
I alternate rods food and mysis for fish at night plus they get dianichi pellets about an hour after lights come on via an autofeeder. I feed corals rods coral food, coral frenzy and PE cyclops about twice a week. This will probably change as I go more SPS dominant and I'll most likely add oyster eggs. I'm also dosing zeovit stuff, for whatever that's worth. I also add a small amount of EsV spray dried phyto daily. I just started this in hopes for more pods.
Lately I've been feeding heavier than I'd like. I have a scooter blenny I'm trying to fatten up.
Ace, what autofeeder are you using? I have a Rena on my controller but even on the lowest setting, it dumps more pellets than I'd like.
Master Reef Curmudgeon
Digital feeder twice a day, fresh chunks of fish and/or shrimp for the lionfish once a day, and a slurry of rods food, mysis, and cyclopeeze once a day for corals and other fish
88g L shaped reef
150g freshwater cichlid
I alternate in the feedings. Everyday 1 oz phytoplankton served to the flame scallop, then for all the fish and invertebrates one day a pinch of tropical flake, the next 1/4 cube of frozen food.
I feed mysis ground up mysis once a day in the evening and every other day I'll throw in dianichi pellets. Also I have replaced nori with a clump of Chaeto for the tangs, I could never keep the nori on the clip for very long and large chunks would end up going into the overflow.
I spot feed all the lps every other day mysis as well.

125 Gallon Reef- Softies and LPS dominated.
Since I've got several tanks I'll break it down for each one:
72g wrasse tank - twice daily feeds with a combination of small grass shrimp, hikari mysis, pe mysis, bloodworms, trout roe and chopped marine fish flesh.
30g nano bio - three times daily - live bbs, frozen cyclops and hikari mysis. Phytoplankton three times a week for the gorgs.
65g shallow zoa tank - twice daily with hikari mysis, trout roe and chopped marine fish flesh. Every other day a mixture of freeze dried arctic pods, dried brine shrimp eggs, reef roids. Alternating days with home grown phytoplankton.
90g shallow lps tank - daily with a chopped mixture of small grass shrimp, fish flesh, trout roe, pe mysis and bloodworms. Three times a week with home grown phytoplankton
140g - twice daily with a mix of chopped shrimp, squid, mussels and scallops.
