    Default Axial Wraith

For sale is my Axial Wraith built from a kit. Its been super fun I just don't get out and "wheel" as much as I used to so its time to let someone else enjoy this bad boy! Here is a quick list of some of the upgrades and a quick rundown of what I've spent to make this a fun rig.
    Axial Wraith kit -$ 306.99
    Tools and equipment:
    Futaba T3PL tx/rx -$139.99
    Onyx 235 charger - $89.99
    Dynamite tool kit - $29.99
Dynamite multi tool kit - $19.99
    Electronics:
    Axial AE-2 ESC -$19.99
    2x Teken FXR ESC - $149.99ea.
Teken Hotwire w/usb and field wire - $34.99
    Castle Creations BEC - $24.99
2x Holmes Hobbies Expert Torquemaster 540 35T motors - $80ea. (These were hand wound by the owner himself and I had to fight like crazy to get him to wind em to my specs. I waited for 3mo for the 540 cans to turn up for sale then I bugfed the owner of HH for another 2mo to get him to hand wind these amazing motors! Tons of torque, speed, power and stay cool even under 3c 11.1v packs...these things are unicorn farts magical!)
    Steering and suspention:
    R2j titanium upper titanium links - $70
    Vanquish Products (VP) 3/16 titanium(ti) draglink - $19.99

VP red beadlock rings - $39.99 a set
    VP .600 hubs $29.89 fer 4
    Proline Titus 2.2 derlin beadlocks - $49.99
Axial Ripsaw 2.2 R35 compound tires - came with kit
    Axial Rocklizard tires - $49.99
    Extras:
    Tractor supply toolbox $10
Custom cut and painted Early Bronco body -$29.99
I did all the custom cutting and painting on this body and it took me over 15hrs to make it fit right!
A fishing box full of parts, screws, links, tons of extra parts, soldering iron, solder, extra engines, wire, heatshrink tubing....just abunch of random parts.
    Axial honcho frame - $160
This is a complete frame with links, shocks, bellypan, bumpers, light kit, electronics box. If you got ambitous enough you could almost build another crawler from all my extr parts, or build a sick scaler wroncho.

Over $1800 invested I'm asking $1100 for everything 2.2 I have. I will entertain partial trades and offers. This is far from a toy and amazing to play with. With a small upgrade or two you can have a bomb proof RC! Please feel free to post up questions or offers. Cell pics avaiable per request.

Very very nice. The rock crawler segment has exploded whether its comp or 2.2. Are you aware of RC Headquarters here in town? They might be a viable option to help you sell of not on here.

I would live to get it, but I have a stable of cars already and my son is getting more into helicopters and planes now. Plus my neighbors are already mad at me for nitro engines and running the street in front of the house.

Nice. I have purposely stayed away from nitro and helis cause I hear their way more addictive that electric rc. I'm also too lazy to deal with fuel anyways I also currenty own 5 losi micro crawlers and 3 losi micro rallys. I sold my comp XR last year. Since it was a moa that's why I have almost double of everything. When I sold the XR I was getting into scale and the Wraith was a happy medium. Thats why there is also a SCX 10 frame just in case I decided to build a full scaler. If anyone here is thinking about getting an rccrawler let me just add that it will frustrate you into submission cause until you upgrade a lot of stock parts you will constatly be breaking parts. Replacing parts is only fun like the first 4 or 5 times ya have to tear the crawler down. hahaha

Well it sounds like things won't change for me then. I have a Traxxas T-Maxx 3.3 and it seems everytime I take it out I'm breaking things. I just hit the front end pretty hard that it bent the front aluminum bulk heads. I'm looking at getting the Axial SCX-10 either the Honcho or the Jeep RTR and selling the T-Maxx.

If you were to buy a SCX 10 kit and my wraith all you would need is either another RX and use the T3PL for both or get another TX/RX. The teken FXR is about the best ESC you can use fer brushed motors. Also remember I include a complete scx 10 chassis. You can mount the Wraith skid onto it and make a superbad scx 10/wraith hybrid.....a.k.a.......the Wroncho. Half wraith half Honcho!
