I would be happy renting as well. Owning is flipping expensive, and got to have the money in the first place. I wish my family had picked up a large piece in the past that I could sit on as my own. Maybe I could do that for my kids...

You should get the wheels that go under the brute trash can like we have its a life saver. As for the 60 degree water put the biggest pump u have in it and turn it on that's how I heat my water for water changes lol

I just run a big pump with enough hos to push my mixed water to my tank...

Outside my house I have 2 44 gallon brutes on wheels to collect waste water, I can roll it to my trees or plants..

It works and preserves my back......

Hey, you must be a light weight. I have a 1500 gallon water storage tank that I run my waste water into, it is hooked up to a external pump that is capable of delivering water to my entire house. Comes in handy when your well goes dry like mine did 2 years ago.
