    are the bubbles coming from the sump? skimmer?

    No I do not believe so. They do not come up until the lights have been on for a good bit.
    Switched over to the dark side of lighting. LEDs. The force is strong with this one!

    I agree with Ace that it is probably the algae. Especially since you said it does it when the lights come on. Give it a little while to run the mini-cycle and it should go away.

    I believe the algae is doing its thing and creating O2 as an off gas.

    Keep an eye on the progression of the algae and if it does not go away or subside with maturity of the tank then start the gfo and other stuff if water changes do not alleviate the issue.

    I went to look at the tank and I have some algae with bubbles on it too very little though.

    yea after looking at pics its the algae, because its cycling. good clean up crew will help
