Any Electricians? I need advice

So I just set up a frag tank in my garage. I currently rent the house I am in and it has always had an issue of when it rains it trips the GFI that runs all of the plugs in the garage. Sometimes even the sprinkler system will do it. WHat does this mean? Can I demand the property management company fix it from a safety stand point?

Gfci are only where there is the use of electronics. Bathroom, kitchen, outside. Sounds like the ones outside are faulty. I would Swap them out first.

Put some silicone aroound the outlet box water is probably leaking in the outlet between the brick or whatever and the outlet cover.

i used to have the same problem. I found out that it was the cord plugging in my pool pump. Do you have any cords plugged in outside anywhere?

When I replaced my covers with in-use covers my random tripping stopped.
