I've been doing some considering over the last few weeks. I'm seriously thinking about getting rid of all but a select few of my chalices. I'm tired of the prima donna act, and I want my sandbed back. I will keep probably the Goldmeister, molten lava, Teebs and a neon blood red that I have. I really want the room for zoas, and more "wavy" lps, like torches and frogspawns, and "poofy" lps like acans/blastos. I like the movement the torches and such have, and I love all the colors of the zoas and palys. The chalices, meh, not so much. I've got some with pretty nice colors, but I'm just not enamored with them.
What do ya'll think? Should I stay where I am, or move off in a different direction? I know it sure would be easier to keep my tanks with zoas and torches/frogspawn/hammers. They never give me headaches, the chalices are always either mad about location, or trying to sting their neighbor(s). Or both.

"TEFLON DON"
I like things with movement and bright colors, zoas and other lps fit the bill. At least that is the way I am leaning. And I won't be able to have them in my next two tanks (90g column and 210g) due to some mighty big wrasses that like to tip over things that look like chalices. I'm already dealing with that in my 72. And I like my wrasses way more than I do the chalices. The huge Christmas and the Red Coris can flip over anything if they set their mind to it.
That bad boy stays here.
