cool thx alot im about to make the jump so wanted to make shur im going to hold off on Led till next year and just upgrade my flow instead MH FTW !!!

Good idea! but better start buying spare ballast as they are getting hard to find, i need to buy a few

Did you check with Elegant Reef on the Vortech MP40 and Ballast? Yes I know you will have to pay tax, but for warranty it is so much easier to go back to Louis or any other good store and have them get the issue fixed. Marinedepot is a good online store but if something goes bad you have to send it back or you have to contact the manufacture. I just recently had a RGB LED from Ecoxotic go bad so I called Louis and he got me one, I hooked it up and it did not work. Took it back to Louis and they tested it and found out the same thing. So they called Ecoxotic and told them and they are sending out a second unit. If Ecoxotic would of sent it to me, I would of not have been as lucky arguing my case.

yeh i should of i was going to go to get it from him but tax on that mutch is alot and ive have no problems with MD and have spent alot
