so i have a newlaptop and i backed up and synced my phone to it last week no problem. yesterday i updated to new ios and im not sure what else i messed with and lost all my contacts only......... i have my old laptop with a 1 month old backup. any way i can just sync contacts without doing a whole sync, i also uploaded a lot of pics to pc and dont want them added again as i filled up the memory.

Activate your iCloud account & sync your phone with that first.

Then go back to your computer & sync JUST contacts.

Once complete - resume with iCloud again & all will be on phone.
