okay back to the hoof shield idea. lol

She is getting a shoe with a hospital plate to protect the bottom but the vet does not want the hole covered with that plastic stuff for fear of an infection developing underneath.
The hospital plate is removable so you can always clean out underneath. The polymer/epoxy/whatever would stay on until it grows down. SO back to my removable hoof shield idea.

How do I shape acrylic? In the oven? With a heat gun? How hot does it need to get to bend?
