    Vega showed up today. Omg folks. This thing is amazing. Of course there is only a bare bones instruction manual. Don't have time to play with it today, but the side by side comparison with the 250 watt hqi is looking pretty similar. In fact the vega looks a bit more intense.

    In order to get a better idea on the two sides, I need to block out the actinics on the led side. Any ideas? I had thought about taping card board to the bulbs to block out half of fluorescent tubes.

    One of the things is not like the other. Can you guess which side is powered by the vega and which is the 250w hqi?
