RK net module help! FIGURED IT oUT!!!!

If he is using it internally he shouldn't need to define a port unless the RKE doesn't use port 80.

Did you go to settings on the app and put in your IP address with the port forwarded at the end? Mine looks like this

Username
Password
http://###.##.###.##:forwarded port

Where the port is whatever you set it up as. You got my number man, give me a call if you don't figure it out. Chris (BigPun) and I are transferring everything into my new half circle tank tonight....he runs a RKE also I believe. Give me a call if you like. I've used the DA net module for a while, and turn stuff on and off from iPod, phone, work computer, etc...all the time.

Tried that too... It was :80 and nothing..

Finally figured it out......


have to say this is awesome..... I think it's worth it for the cool factor alone..

being able to see my tanks parameters, well the only ones I have set up so far on my reef keeper from my couch..Being able to shut stuff off from my phone if needed.....

well I got it working on my home network... Now to get it working outside my network will be a little challenge..


this is from the ireef app, I didn't have any other status on yet just oh and temp...




i will probably be using the mymobilereef app more..




then if you need to turn something off.....

Lol rrasco.... Only mistake I was making was not putting http:// before my IP address..... Told you it was going to be something simple that I overlooked..... I'm a idiot...

Too bad the phone can't do it, that I know of...


But you can hop online and see graphs of your system and what it's been doing....



i guess this would be useful for a number of things.. Could of use this awhile back when my PH was erratic..
