    Default Planted betta tank

I have two bettas, and I felt sorry for the one in the smaller plain container, so he got an upgrade. I had an old Tetra 1.5g in the attic, and the light and pump from my old sw pico. I went shopping at Elegant, and my betta doesn't look so sad any more.

I leave the light on for about 12 hours a day. I can't seem to get a timer to work with it. I dose a few drops of flourish excel when I think about it, every few days. I do weekly water changes like I would on any betta tank. My cat helps out by removing small amounts of water daily, and I top off as needed.

    awsome looking tank!
A friend of mine is a betta breeder here in SA and I rehome her fish that don't make the cut. Last year, I rehomed 1100 of her bettas. If you need more let me know.

    1100?! wow!

I have two bettas and a pico in the bathroom already, I think I'm full up for now - I have to stop sometime, it's too easy to collect a bunch of little tanks that are easy to take care of... until you have so many it isn't easy anymore
