good thing she got outfitted with cat protection headgear at the vet's.
Her look says: "Mom, this cat keeps touching me!"

I bet they are cute. I hope they find good homes. Unfortunately, my Borzoi do not play well with smaller animals.
Koa25, they will be knocking on my door before you are ever on the radar, LOL. WAY too many critters around this place (good thing I live on a decent size piece of land).
Support marine aquaculture, and share with your friends! Then you will find out who they really are.
Yeah. You have a decent size piece of land ha ha. I'm in SA with nosey neighbors that feel its there obligation to report everything and its mother. But i have a small zoo as well.

I wanted to share my visit to the ACS shelter Sheila and I had the other weekend. We went looking for a calico kitten for her since he had one as a child and has been wanting one again. So we took a little trip down there, and we walked through all the buildings seeing all the dogs, puppies, kittens, and cats and looking into there eyes you see there sadness and confusion. It was sad, we wanted to adopt just about everything we saw. But what amazed us is when we went to most of the cages you saw purple tags saying " I'm Adopted". We started feeling better that the majority of these animals where finding homes. Well anyways we made it to building 4 I think it was where they keep the cats and kittens. Sheila went off to find her calico, and I went off on my own to look around. I saw this one kennel with 3 little kittens about two months old in it. I saw one of them, and I just fell in love with it. Well to move my story on, the volunteer picked it up and said it was a female. I was good with that, i'll adopt it. Since it was a recent addition to ACS, the kitten hadn't been spayed or neutered or even had a check up done on it. So we filled out the paperwork, and they told us by Mon or Tues to come pick her up. Well Sheila gets a call and finds out our little female is actually a male. Well this kitten went from "Cheyanne" to "Toby" and he's acclimated well to our house quite well. He's loves instigating Chevy and here's the proof.
Sorry Karin for hijacking your thread but I wanted to share my story of My trip to the ACS facility and hope other members that are looking for a pet try them first. Sheila is still looking for her calico, but shes warned me that there might be a dog coming home. She is headed back there this weekend. They had a Catahoula mix with these light colored eyes she fell in love with. He only had all four legs but on one of its back legs, he/she was missing a paw. She saw that as well and said that's one more reason to love it even more.
