    Default LEDs for FOWLR

I'm looking into getting some leds for my 37 gallon cube, 24x18x21. It will be a fish only tank so light PAR dosen't matter to me.

I have been looking at the truelumen pros strips, and the reefbrite strips. They seem very powerful and seem to spread well.

Basically I want to know if I can get away with just one 24" strip or two 12" strips? I don't wanna spend alot , I just want good coverage and a crisp 14k look, and most of all low energy to cut down on electric bills.

Anyone have any experience with these or something with similar coverage?

As far as great color and making your fishes color pop the best I have seen is the RGB Panorama Pro run on white.

Would one module light up my tank thought? I have heard they are pretty bright.

RGB would be cool, if you wanted to play with the colors..

You know me, I loved the panorama pros. I think one would be enough to light the tank. If not you can add a second later on down the road..

Bad thing is, if you don't have a canopy or some way to mount the lights it will be tricky. The trulumen pros have legs to mount on the tank.

That's what I like about the truelumens, they have legs. I think I'll try 2 the 12" strips and see how they do.

Now which ones should I get, 1 deep water 450nm and 1 daylight 12k or 2 50/50 daylight and deep water strips?

Maybe one deep water and one 50/50..

2 50/50 might be too white....

Its all up to you and what look you want..

You could also do the one deep and one 12k so you could have a dusk/dawn effect.
