    Default DI question...I think somthings wrong with my setup

    As stated, I think there is something wrong with my setup, I just added a BRS Dual Stage DI setup to my preexisting RO system (coral life).

    After 20 (twenty) gallons, the crystals in the first stage all all turned yellow. Is that normal or is that telling me that the first stage is about exhausted? I don't have a TDS meter yet, going to order one next payday, Just trying to figure out if this sounds right to those of you who are familiar with them... Thanks in advance.

    You need to check the Tds before the di unit, if it is high it will exhaust the media very quickly
