PVC Overflow Drain Depth Please?
I am going to use 1 1/2" PVC for the PVC Overflow. I also got a 1 1/2 to 3" Bell. How deep under the water line should I make it?
Thank You.

i dont think it matters, as long as it stays submerged. most of the pics i have seen show it deeper than 1"

Thank You Ace it seems as if you are still very active here with some helpful information. Congrats
And by the way I went back to Lowe's and found what looks like a green cone drain that is 4" around and about 3 to 4" tall. Which looks like it would be a great way to go to keep Critters out of the drain.
. But I will need an adapter of which they will not have in stock till tomorrow darn it. But that is okay as it is painted and drying lol.
On a Further Note FYI Krylon Fusion is no longer carried by Lowe's or Home Depot as I was informed it is now an exclusive product of Walmart.

Well darn it the Sales person at the paint area did not mention it at either store when I asked for the Krylon Fusion for Plastic. It would have saved me some time and travel if they knew there products darn it.
So May I ask what is it called lol.
