Ditto, May be too late but I have 40gal of RO in my emergencytank and a bag of salt if you are on the west side. Guess I'm offering up Mike’struck

Lesson learned the hard way. Power heads and anemones don't mix. A stressed ordying anemone can/will nuke any tank and should be removed immediately.

Thanks for posting. Sorry for your loss. But your loss has educated many. Letme know when you get the tank back together. I have a pair of breeding MollMillers that I got from port-a last year that you can have. They are realcharacters. If you ever decide to get another anemone and must have a powerhead, show us a pic of the tank so we can advise on placement to minimize risk.

This is the only time I wished I lived in SA cause I would try my best to help you out with what ever you needed. I know that the guys there will help you though their great. Sure sounds like that Nem is what did it. I know how you feel with losing fish I lost around $500.00+ worth in a short time! Sorry to hear of your loss, hang in there!

The day I put a nem in my tank I removed my koralia. Exposed prop powerheads definitely don't mix with nems. Even regular powerheads need some kind of guard, either an intake grate or a prefilter sponge.

Some experiences can be much more frustrating than others, but it all happens for a reason and we all become wiser because of it. Keep your head up.
