    Default Dual reactor question

So I have a BRS dual reactor on my 90 gallon tank. Right now the pump and the drain is setting in the third chamber along with the return pump. Should this be where the drain goes or should it drain into the first chamber which is where the skimmer is located?

I know with some things, biopellets for sure, you want the drain side near the skimmer intake. Other than that unless you are dropping the level in the third chamber faster than it can fill back up I don't know that it will matter all that much.

What are you running in the reactor? I have gfo in a single stage reactor, and I have the intake pump near tje main tank return pump. Then the reactor output goes back to the first chamber so the water gets another pass through the skimmer section which is in the middle chamber.
