Yes that's definitely true: carried the 200g salt box to my car for me, swapped out and assembled some loc-line for me, called the manufacturer to make sure some plastic ornaments for my fry tank were saltwater safe and got me the pump I wanted in just a couple of days.

Yea, he let me in after hours on a Sunday to buy sand, then carried it to the car. No other store with that kind of customer service.
