Don't get greedy...

I was feeding my tanks tonite and one of my snails decided that my mini carpet nems were easy targets for food stealing. The nems did not agree with this and the snail, in the immortal words of Monty Python, is an ex-snail.

I saw it happen, but figured the nem would spit it out once he realized he couldn't eat it. Well, I didn't realize he COULD eat it. He just dropped an empty shell a few minutes ago.

He won't be trying that again. And while I hate to lose the snail, the stealing of food from my corals drives me nuts. I wonder how hard it would be to run a fish free system, only corals (my @#^* kole tang is picking on my welso. Gonna trap that sucker tomorrow.

Yeah, but I sure love them I get more attached to them every time I look in the tank. They are some sticky little boogers tho, I moved one of the three rocks they are occupying, and one grabbed me tighter than my rock nems every have. And they do so love their food, no wonder they didnt' want to share.

BTW, the 4 are now the 6! But they are staying on their rocks.

Just watch, now that I have said that..............musical rocks will now commence, ROFL!

Oh, my scopas tang has sore lips. He also found out you cannot steal from them. He rushes over to get their food, then goes......nah, I don't think I want it that bad.
