    Default Free live phytoplankton

we have started up our nanochloropsis cultures (isochrisis coming soon) in my classroom. we have twenty one 2 liter cultures, and will have at least a liter to give away starting next monday. if you have ever wanted to grow your own phyto, this would be perfect to start a culture as these were started from new algae plates just a couple of weeks ago. it is also great to add to your tank as food. same process as when i did this before, i will post when/how much i have available and dibs can be called after that post. the catch is that it will need to be picked up the day it is available or the next day at the latest to make sure it is still a healthy culture.

this is free to anyone btw.

Ace, would it be possible for me to get some iso from you at the swap? My culture crashed on me today. My sea apple won't be happy with me :(

if our cultures are going well, that wont be a problem. right now, that doesnt look likely as our first batch that we started from plates didnt take.

Wonder what is going on, mine did the same thing. Weird. My nanochloropsis is dark green and doing well, my iso just fizzled.

Hey ace, I'd like some if you're taking reservations. I can bring a container.
