has anyone used the led replacement kit from Ebay useer mauger_1?

If so is it a good replacement or should I just go with nanotuners ?

Not familiar with the ebay one. Can you post a link for us? The nanotuners one is very expensive but it does come with quality materials. Have you looked at rapidled.com?
