Yes that attitude bothers me too. Totally understandable. Sadly even MAAST sponsors aren't exempt from it so a good reputation doesn't always equal truly caring vendors.
    Good Luck for the tangs!

It looks like at least one of the tangs is going to pull out of it. At least he is upright now, and making some headway towards moving forward instead of sideways/backwards. The other one is still alive, so I am not giving up on him yet, he at least gets upright for a few minutes.

So, have you been in contact with Bluezoo at this point regarding the status of your fish?

I've used Bluezoo many times. At one time, they were the only ones I could get healthy Bluespots from and they are willing to work with me on shipping dates. Must admit the last 3 orders with them I was not impressed. Live arrival, but dead within a few days due to ammonia toxicity. Repeated the order, same result. But they are good at helping you with special requests, answering the phone, responding to e-mails, and honoring their guarantee. I have had a few issues with tracking info, and by the time they ship and you realize you don't have it, they are closed and because of the time difference, the next day is kinda late. I've always been able to work around it somehow though.

One of them is going to make it for sure, I actually saw him pecking at algae this morning. The other is still pretty stressed, but he is upright and moving around some, so maybe he will make it too.

I have been in touch with them, and they are offering a refund for the dead livestock. That being said, I am not at all impressed with the care of their animals. I won't order from them again. These are living creatures, we took them from the sea, we are responsible for them. It's a black and white issue for me.

when i helped gabe with shipment, tangs always come in rough looking, they stress out so easily. usually after aclimating he would grab the bad looking ones and gently hold them and move them back and forth in the display tank, gently forcing water over their gills(kinda like when you catch and release a big fish). they would usually perk up. but like i said tangs are very sensitive and do not always make shipment no matter how well they where before.
