Feeding also stresses them out and they tend to move. Try and put them in a spot where they get medium flow and high light if they reach out for them. Also make sure they can hide their foot fairly well. I haven't had any really wander with this placement. They will look bad the first day as they dispell all their old water but will start looking better soon after. As far as acclimating I don't really put too much into these as they keep the old water inside them for awhile so drip acclimation is kind of pointless. Still float the bag and get the temps the same. Like Bill said they are pretty hardy just watch your phosphates and nitrates although your corals will start getting affected before the nem.
