    Yeah, I feed them his recipe. It's quite easy to make. It has a LOT of paprika in it.

    What do you use to process it? He uses a meat grinder, which I don't have. I burned out a blender or two on the cod. The stuff turns to stringy glue and wraps around the blades

    I use a food processor. Seemed to work fine. Cuisinart (sp?). It's about time to make more, I think I have one more package left.
