how long are you planning on keeping them in a small setup. what i forgot to mention is it's not just the room but the bio load for a small tank, what kind of filter is on the 10g. just a lil ammonia spike will wipe out your fish.

i just went by petco, and they are indeed running the dollar a gallon special. scored myself 2 20longs and a 40 breeder.

Perhaps an exit strategy should have been laid out before selling the 46 gallon. I would not trust your temporary setup past 4-5 days.
