I didn't know it was donkey season. How many are you allowed to bag?

Those donkeys were cute. Especially the little one.

I didn't shoot the black buck antelope instead brought down a fallow doe.

Tomorrow we have a full day...

This probably sounds totally stupid and of course I knew people bought deer food etc. - but I had no idea that you actually put have the place you shoot from right next to the feeder so you pretty much train them to come for food and then shoot them when they do? Hm...

i wish it was that easy, I would have more racks on my wall. it's still luck of the draw weather something worth shooting comes along. but hey all our fish and coral are plucked from the wild to be put lil glass cages for our enjoyment.

Yeah, what chris said. Not to mention the hours permitted and how quiet you have to be and all the washing prep that occurs to mask our scent.

I don't have any racks on my wall. Not for a lack of intent. But to tell the truth buck meat isn't as food as the does. Heck that black buck stayed with me for about half an hour until I shot the fallow.

If it makes you feel any better Karin, I really want to bring down a bear bare handed. A dream perhaps. But it sounds like fun.

Okay I'm back in my stand. It's dark as heck and I've got to figure out how to reduce the level if light from the phone.

I got a good shot off at about just under 200m of this corsica ram. Scot (samd) killed the aoudad.

I usually pass out after 6 beers at about 9 AM whenever I have tried to hunt. Never had a farting donkey for entertainment.
