I don't think he can sell anything out of that tank for awhile, aleast that what i was told by 2 cops and an angry wife/ex-wife. The divorce is not final yet so he can't take anything out of the house.
Reefing is just like cooking, all the ingredients have to be just right , except you don't have to bring the water to a BOIL...
