They said the tank was uninhabited. That's great news amidst the calamity that ensued. That could have been tragic, rather than just unfortunate.

I've seen this vid before but Never Notcied the GUY on the Rite side of the Tank Running Away,,, hmmm I wonder what he KNOCKED Over to Cause the Tank to BURST !
