    Default Georgia Aquarium

So I've heard that the Georgia Aquarium is the Largest in the WORLD !

Was wondering if anyone has ever been there ?

I've only seen Videos of it. Anyone with hands on expereince ?

Dunno about you but Id like to spend the day there jus staring into the water just like I do every time we go to Sea World lol

I've swam with Sperm Whales at Sea World and was told you can Scuba Dive in the Tank in Georgia. That'd be Cool

I almost went a few months ago while in Atlanta. Next time I guess I might want to pony up for the visit.

I use to go there every year when I worked for my last company. We did a disaster recovery exercise in Atlanta and I would go on the weekend to visit.

Pay the extra money for the behind the scenes tour. It shows you how they maintain their system and it's also not as crowded. Every time I've gone, it was packed.

The place is amazing and well worth the money.

IMO Atlanta itself doesnt have a lot to offer, but the aquarium is amazing.

As far as I know the Georgia Aquarium is the 2nd largest aquarium, the largest is in Spain. Or is it the other way around?

Actually, it's the other way around. ;-) and I believe there is only one other aquarium in the world that has whale sharks as well.
