I wanted to add some LR to my 14 biocube. The rock has been in my 150 for about three months with only live sand cycling.. I just moved the rock outside in a holdin tank for overnight. How do I go about puttin that rock in my biocube?

Check your levels, if everything in the 150g tank is zero add one piece at a time and check the next day to see that levels did not change in the 14g.
