    Depending on your setup-mainly if you have a fuge I would only throw in a couple pellets(3-4) a day for the clown as he looks pretty small. I also stopped feeding my nems like others have said as it seemed to stress them out more than anything. Now they get bits that float by I guess but thats it.

    +1 on no food for the anemone.

    I use to feed mine until the first time it expelled a load into the tank. I haven't bothered since others pointed out it was a waste of time. Not only does the anemone seem better for it it has split several times.

    I don't feed my anemone, except to occasionally show someone it's feeding response. Then it's flake food that it catches in the water. Over the years it's grown to be huge.
