AquaIllumination LED's (C2)
A-M-A-Z-I-N-G support!! One of my modules came with the incorrect optics in one of the pucks (the four centre ones are more direct optics, and the ones on the outside are wider). I opened a support ticket with them, thinking i'll probably have a few days and have to send them pictures, etc... Literally 9:05 (they open at 9:00) I get a mail that they can either send me a shipping label, or they can post me replacement optics!!! That's fast, they were friendly, and they then called a little later to respond on the phone!!
So far, they've been awesome, and I feel confident that what I've spent all my hard earned quarters on was the right thing as the moments move on ;)

That's awesome to hear, especially with the cost of the product. Doesn't seem like they just collect and forget.

I've emailed them before as well and got a very quick response.
