Default Brightwell Aquatics MediCoral Coral Dip

I picked up some of this stuff recently, not from the below link but being that they are sponsors I'm sure they won't mind me posting a link so everyone knows what product I'm talking about:

    http://www.pacificeastaquaculture.co...-Prodview.html

I used it lastnight to dip some of my soft corals that had small areas of rotting tissue and an SPS Hydnopora....I also have some new asterinas in my 55gal so I made sure to grab a couple frags that had some on them.

After 15 minutes I saw dead amphipods and asterinas on the bottom of the container. After putting my corals back in the tank they already seemed happier.

So far...I'm a happy camper and glad I made the purchase, just thought I would pass the info.

Just an update. I've been using this product now for the last week on all freshly cut frags and mother colonies that have been fragged from and they all imediately look better after use. It seems to help them heal much quicker.

Yesterday my RBTA found part of itself in my K3 (a protected K3 at that, with panty hose)...anyways, after turning the K3 off it has finally managed to work it's way out from it. Tonight I'm going to try and dip it in the MediCoral to help it heal.

I'll have to get me some of this. I use their salt and really like it. I pick it up from R2R.

Do you know if they had the dip? Would be nice to buy local.

Rob, I am not sure if they have the dip to be honest with you, but am sure they could get it since they can get the salt. But you're right, it would be nice to get locally instead of shipping.

    Hey Rob,
Stopped by tonight at R2R, he carries the entire Brightwell Aquatics line. This item was in there for $21.99. Just an FYI (and he only had one left)

Ha, BUT OF COURSE Gabe would have it. I didn't even look at what he had while I was there. I only stopped at R2R to check that out for Rob since I was on my way home.

How you like it Chris? I've been using it every time I frag for both the mother colonies and the frags. It seems to help a lot. I have also been re-dipping bad cut frags a few days to a week later and that seems to encourage a quicker heal time. I have some half headed acans eating mysis...it looks funny.
