Thread: WTB stuff for my sorta FOWLR

Default WTB stuff for my sorta FOWLR

Anyone have any of the following for sale?

Larger hermit crabs... so far I have several larger hermits that are doing fine as a clean up crew in the tank. I think Pablo (my Picasso trigger of course) was eating the smaller hernits I put in, as there are certainly a bunch of empty shells. I also had some larger turbos, but I think they are also all gone. So I want a few more large hermits, just not too large as I know some get huge. So if you have any that have outgrown your tank, let me know.

Large mushrooms... I have one large elephant ear mushroom that I really like (thanks Kevin). Looking for larger hairy mushrooms- it's funny we have given away so many and now I want them . Hairy/non hairy, the larger the better. Let me know what you have.

Any other cool good sized inverts that would be okay with the triggers? Who ended up with Hanz and Franz, those two really large emerald crabs? Are they still floating around?

I also have a neon green hairy mushroom that you may be interested. Very fleshy and I've tried to frag them but they turn into a mass of innards.

They split and move on their own. But I've got flatworms. You'd have to treat for it or wait till after I treat my tank.

Mike, my crabs are all grown up, so if you want to trade some of them for smaller blue legs I'd be up for that. Probably have at least 20 of them. I still have a brother of Hanz and Franz too, but he is in the display tank so I doubt I would be able to retrieve him. If you can, he's yours. There might even be two of them, but I only see one at a time when I feed.

Update - many thanks to Lorraine (BSJF) for the hermit hookup and Ruben (jrsatx) for the excellent huge mushrooms. Lorraine had a lot of really mature, larger hermits and we traded for a bunch of smaller hermits I bought. The triggers have snacked on a couple, but most of the larger ones are still hermiting around.

Ruben gave me a couple of really nice and big (I mean BIG) fuzzy mushrooms. Very cool...

Alos, we had to move one of the big serpent stars from the big tank to the FOWLR. He was stealing food from Kristy's basket star and it looked like it might be thinking of actually wrapping up and eating the basket star, so it had to be moved. I was afraid it would be lunch for the triggers, but so far so good. The other larger serpent star still in the big tank will probably end up moving also.

Nice to have some clean up crew for the tank still up and working...

Still looking for other cool mushrooms and stuff, or if anyone has larger hermits, other crabs, or things they think the triggers won't eat, let me know and maybe we can work a trade or cash... etc...
