Colonizing Pest?
Read Alton's post on "white thing" and a subsequent link to "hitchhikers guide." Can someone confirm this white thing that looks like a cross between an aiptasia and an anemone. The tentacles are translucent but have these white balls (i didnt have a better way of phrasing) at the ends.
I believe they are hydroids. If they are hydroids, how do i eliminate their food source without killing my fish/corals? Sorry about the quality of the picture. There are several of these buggers on the rock (and throughout the tank) with the largest in the center.
