    If they are the stock PC lights, then yes, they get hot. The new shorty T5s would be a long term answer, and keeping your house cool enough during the summertime is a must without a chiller. I am not sure if people are running external return pumps on nanos or not, but its worth googling...

    Like Ramsey mentioned...check your pumps. Also, is your AC cooling that area of the house. We literally have a couple of dead areasin our house that I would not consider putting a tank. Ok, not dead areas but hotter than normal areas.
