Yeah, Ray, I've had to send mine back. Basically, they rebuilt it with new guts. Their customer service is really very good - among the top in the industry. As you said, sometimes used doesn't work out well.

Well I spoke to ICECAP today. Turns out the ballast is fine. He told me the fuse wasnt seated correctly. The only concern I have now is what else could be wrong. Before I even messed with the fuse I was having the issue. So once I get the ballast back it will be time to trouble shoot the wiring and endcaps.

Ray, if I remember correctly there is a polarity test that you can do on the wiring harness to make sure all your wiring and endcaps are good. I think IceCap has it on there site somewhere. This helped me when I was having an issue.
