    Default Quick ten minute read

I just read this article, and would recommend it to the new folks or to keep it as quick reference for chemical levels.

Would have rathered that the chemicals, and subsequent control measures, be stacked in order of chronological concern. ie, Ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, phosphate, calcium, ectera.
Perhaps not in that particular order. I read it primarily for its calcium measures, and was surprised to see ammonia after the iodine paragraphs.

    Anyway, I enjoyed the article.

I agree but there is no way that article is a ten minute read unless you don't go past the tables.

I read a lot... but yeah, i didn't read the tables so much as give them a brief look-see. To me that's more reference material than actual reading. The rest shouldn't take much longer than ten or fifteen minutes.
